Jen was fantastic from start to finish—she was friendly, professional, and instantly put both us and the cats at ease. She was incredibly patient and clearly has a natural way with animals, as Nagano and Misha both took to her right away.
The whole session felt relaxed and enjoyable, and it really shows in the final photos. We received the images very quickly, and the quality is absolutely great—beautifully captured moments that we’ll treasure.

Fantastic photography, she can't do enough for you, she will stay how ever long you want and does every photo possible even down to the last detail. We love our pictures cannot recommend her enough lovely girl also easy to talk too , very good priced always on time. over all great photography.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish.
We were greeted and welcomed into the building.
I took my 4yr old daughter & my very senior dog (its possibly his last Christmas)
Jennifer helped us get upstairs and settled us into Santa's Grotto.
Santa was LOVELY. He was calm and approachable. He had loads of time for us. He listened to my daughter and chatted about Gabby's Doll House & Disney princesses!
Santa was also super friendly with my dog - my dog loved him too!
Both my child and my dog received super generous gifts.
The photos are high quality. They were sent digitally and printed on the spot.
I couldn't be happier with the experience & will most certainly come back.
